reality is harsh.
especially once you have returned from such a magical place..
a place that you can't find in reality.
a place full of fairytales, adventures and pure innocence.
a happy place.
a place to play, a place to bring out your inner child.
after many hours of driving, lots of gas stations, lots of redvines,
lots of boston, barenaked ladies and disney music..
we finally approached our destination.
and we were determined to have the time of our lives.
and we did!
I wish I could go back to that magical place again and again..
but I know I can always relive my real "first" disney experience,
with the many pictures we captured!
these are some of my favorite highlights!
having the chance to hang out with my siblings for the first time,
in a really long time. we had so much fun together.
(and Del Mar beach was gorgeous!)
When I saw this sign.. my heart started racing,
and my body started shaking.
We were here.. and we were leaving our realities behind.
It was time for a beautiful adventure!
When my Alexa got to see Rapunzel and Flynn Rider..
That was the greatest moment.

after much walking, waiting in lines, riding fun rides,
(which Tower of Terror was my favorite)
seeing princesses, haunted mansions, pirates and characters..
to laying out in the sun, swimming in the ocean
and watching the amazing Disneyland fireworks..
We got back in the car, drove lots more hours,
slept from exhaustion and tried to come back to reality.
I want to believe someday that life can be a magical as Disneyland.
Filled with adventure, fairytales and hope.
Happiness.
Dreams.
Wishes.
and
Excitement.
I had more than a blast on my Spring Break trip to Disneyland..
and I hope so so much that I can go back soon!
To that far away place that takes you away from your troubles..
to a place where you can create your own story..
a place where dreams come true.
